adidas Stan Smith
The Stan Smith is arguably one of the most important pieces of sports footwear in history. Named after a tennis legend, the Stan Smith shoe has become one of adidas’ best-selling products of all time.
In January 2014 the iconic model was reintroduced to the UK market as part of a global re-launch. Studio Juice were appointed to design and deliver the ‘Stan Is Back’ UK retail campaign, alongside the Manchester Northern Quarter cultural take-over, to celebrate Stan’s return.
We created the Northern Quarter art installations, iconic window displays across top accounts and all in-store point of sale and online toolkits. Our campaign created desirability and built hype leading up to the release, while driving footfall in-store across 14 of adidas UK’s top retail accounts. The campaign inspired customers to go and be part of the activation and ultimately lead to brand conversion and sales, gaining brand share.
